This software is provided to authorized users for the purpose of synchronizing data between Coops Robotics' Supply Chain Management system and supported third-party business systems — including, but not limited to, accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online — for accounting, fulfillment, and other operational purposes.
Authorized users may use the application solely for the business purposes described above. The application is not distributed for general public use.
Users shall not:
All data processed by the application, including data retrieved from or transmitted to any integrated third-party service (such as QuickBooks Online), remains the property of the respective data owner. Coops Robotics does not claim ownership of customer data.
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Coops Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this application.
This agreement terminates automatically upon discontinuation of authorized use or violation of its terms.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State, e.g., California, USA].
