1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how the SCM Connector application collects, uses, and protects data accessed through the APIs of supported third-party business systems. Currently supported integrations include Intuit's QuickBooks Online; additional integrations may be added over time and will be governed by this same policy.

2. Data We Access

Through the APIs of integrated services, the application may access business records relevant to supply-chain and accounting workflows. The specific fields available depend on the integration. For example, when connected to QuickBooks Online, the application may access:

• Customer records
• Invoice and payment data
• Item and product master data
• Vendor information

This data is accessed solely to enable synchronization between the customer's SCM system and the integrated third-party service the customer has connected.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively for:

• Creating and updating records in the customer's connected business systems (for example, accounting records in QuickBooks Online)
• Maintaining data consistency between the SCM system and integrated services
• Internal reporting and reconciliation for the customer

We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with any third parties beyond what is necessary for the service to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

• OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form on Coops Robotics-managed servers
• Access is restricted via role-based access controls
• Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher
• Servers are hosted in AWS (US regions)

5. Data Retention

Data accessed through any integrated third-party service is retained only as long as necessary for service operation. OAuth tokens are deleted upon disconnection of the corresponding integration.

6. Third-Party Services

The application integrates with various third-party business systems. Use of each integrated service is governed by that service's own privacy policy. Currently supported integrations include:

Customers should review the relevant third-party policy before connecting an integration.

7. User Rights

Customers may request disconnection of any integration at any time, which will result in deletion of the corresponding stored OAuth tokens. For data deletion requests, contact us using the information below.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users.
